Zerogrey Srl is a web agency specialized in the development and management of ecommerce in the fashion and luxury field: it was born in 2000 and nowadays it represents a cosmopolitan reality with offices in Dublin, London, Turin, San Francisco and Shangai.
The agency’s goal is to help clients integrate all the components that make up an e-commerce ecosystem, from the website to the CRM, by offering tailored solutions and developing omnichannel strategies. Thanks to over 14 years of experience and an international team, Zerogrey now has hundreds of partners and millions of users within its portfolio. Some of the brands the client collaborates with include Blauer, Motivi, Kocca, Blumarine, North Sails, Diadora, and Borsalino.
When we started the project with Zerogrey, its ambition was to grow and become an international player. To achieve this, the client was looking for a high-level technology partner to support the design and reconstruction of the entire IT infrastructure, with the goal of making it more competitive in the market. The client’s staff included only one person dedicated to managing the company’s IT, who, due to the continuous growth of the business, was no longer able to coordinate all the IT functions and processes of the web agency.
The client’s need was therefore to benefit from a fully managed service, by outsourcing the management of IT services to an external provider.
